I’m Willy Koh, managing director of Fourté International Singpore. FI Singapore is a joint venture between Fourté International and Racer Technology. We formed FI Singapore in 2007 to better service customers with engineering services and manufacturing capabilities that are both in Asia and the United States. This business unit is tasked to focus on molded plastics and value added services to enhance plastic products. Racer Technology was founded in 1988. We employ over 1,500 associates in 4 different countries and in 7 facilities throughout Asia. I’d like to explain to you FI Singapore services. FI Singapore provides technically driven customers plastic components in areas of engineering, design for manufacturing, prototyping, tooling, and production. Our capabilities are as follows: product design, mold design, injection molding, structural foam, gas assist molding, insert and over mold. To ensure your success, following are the secondary operations. We have fully and semi-automated continuous product spray painting line for EMI coating and cosmetics products, ultrasonic welding, heat staking, silk screening, pad printing, cubic printing, thermal laboring, mechanical assembly, and packaging fulfillment. I’d like to discuss with you a very important function of manufacturing. This will be quality of the joint venture of FI Singapore. We manufacture all our products in an ISO 9000 Certified environment. For medical devices, we have ISO 13485 and FDA Class 3. We also have 14000 Certified.
